Meteorologists announce rainy weather
The State Hydrometeorological Service issued a yellow warning of atmospheric instability for Tuesday, September 29. There might be showers accompanied by electric discharges and strong wind, Radio Moldova reports.
"On September 29, rains are expected. During the day, they will fall between 15-49 liters per square meter in most parts of the country and it is not excluded that there will be even larger quantities, i.e. heavy rainfall. It can be stormy in places, with gusts of up to 15-18 meters per second. The precipitations will start in the morning and might continue until the night of September 30," said the head of the Meteorological Forecasts Department, Ghenadie Roşca.
