Number of beds in healthcare institutions in Chisinau to be supplemented
The number of beds within the medical institutions in Chisinau will be supplemented by interior optimizations. In this sense, the St. Arhanghel Mihail Hospital, "Chiril Draganiuc" Institute of Phthisiology and the Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Health will hospitalize an additional 70 patients. This was announced by the Minister of Health, Labor and Social Protection, Viorica Dumbrăvenu.
"The number of infected people is growing in Chisinau, which is why, we continue to strengthen institutions to cope with the number of hospitalizations. Currently, the situation is stable in the hospital institutions for children and the district ones, but we will continue to identify solutions for consolidating all the institutions ”, reads the message published by Dumbrăveanu on her Facebook page.
According to the minister, 710 patients in serious health condition are hospitalized, of which 36 patients are connected to assisted breathing.
