People with special needs from Chisinau will receive financial assistance of 500 lei
Several people with special needs, but also the lonely old people will receive 500 lei each on the eve of Easter. The decision was announced by the mayor of Chisinau Ion Ceban, reports Mesager.
Thus, around 900 people with hearing impairments and 850 people with visual disabilities will receive 500 lei each.
The Municipal Commission for Social Protection examines the possibility of granting financial assistance for 1700 elderly lonely people. Other over 70 thousand pensioners will receive allowances of 100 lei each.
Moreover, during the emergency situation, another 1200 socially vulnerable people will receive food packages.
