Over 100 doctors have passed the clinical training stage in the screening center in Chisinau

They were trained how to properly wear the protective suit and how to use the testing laboratory for suspicious persons. Over 100 doctors who will be involved in the fight against the Covid-19 virus at the screening center in Chisinau have already passed the clinical training stage. Some of them say that now that they have understood how to avoid contamination, they are ready to receive patients, reports Moldova 1.

"Informative, personal protection is very important, it is necessary to know these things, it is very good that we learn these things. Pretty useful for us as first-line and first-aid physicians in this case, given the situation we are in." "It is for our benefit, we should have as much experience as possible so that we can dress and to undress it, because that's our interest and it's our health,” the doctors said.

The director of the Covid-19 center claims that the training will take place every day so that each medical professional is well prepared.

The medical staff that will operate within the center are chosen from those without health problems and up to 60 years old. The COVID-19 center is 90% ready, and will provide screening conditions for 700 patients. It will be equipped with radiology, imaging equipment and a laboratory where over 130 tests per hour can be processed.
