Over 3,700 dwellings purchased through "First House" program so far
Over 3,700 homes have been purchased as part of the governmental program “First House” since its launch so far.
Most of the beneficiaries are families and slightly over 1,000 are unmarried young people. The average age of the applicants is 31.3.
The average area of the homes bought by means of the program is 60 square meters, while the average value of these is 590,000 lei.
Of the total number of dwellings purchased under the Program, 3,504 are in urban areas and 240 - in rural areas.
We remind that the program is intended for Moldovan citizens aged between 18 and 45 who work officially for a state institution or a private company in the country and have official sources of incomes.
