More than 7,100 people have come to the country in the last 24 hours
In the last 24 hours, in the border crossing points, the flow of people constituted 13,138 crossings. 7,140 passenger crossings were registered on the way into the Republic of Moldova, out of which 3,781 crossings at the Moldovan-Romanian border, 1,415 crossings at the border with Ukraine and 1,944 air crossings.
The busiest border crossing points (entrance to the Republic of Moldova) were: Leuseni - 1,857 person crossings; Chisinau Airport - 1,949; Giurgiulesti-Galati - 1,054; Giurgiulesti-Reni - 541; Sculeni - 547 person crossings.
13,138 people were screened at the border crossing points open to traffic and 7,140 individual epidemiological files were completed. At the border crossing, no person showed symptoms of COVID-19 infection.
Border Police Green Line officers recorded 178 calls from citizens within 24 hours, where they were offered consultations on the situation at the state border, crossing conditions and risks in the context of measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
