Over four thousand people have returned to Moldova in the last 24 hours

In the last 24 hours, at the border crossing points, the flow of people constituted 8,680 crossings. 4,446 crossings were registered on the way to enter Moldova, of which 2,341 crossings on the Moldovan-Romanian border, 760 crossings on the border with Ukraine and 1,345 crossings by plane, announced the General Inspectorate of Border Police of the Interior Ministry.

At the border crossing points open to traffic, 8,680 people were screened and 4,446 individual epidemiological files were completed. No person showed symptoms of COVID-19 infection.

The officers of the Green Line of the Border Police (022 259 717), within 24 hours, registered 324 calls from citizens, where they were offered consultations regarding the situation at the state border, the crossing conditions and the risks in the context of the measures applied to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
