The Anti Corruption Prosecutor's Office responded to Maia Sandu's complaint regarding the credit from the Russian Federation
During the criminal trial, the constitutive elements of any crime component were not found, reason for which it was decided not to start the criminal investigation. This is the answer given by the Anti Corruption Prosecutor's Office, after examining the denunciation of the president of the Action and Solidarity Party, Maia Sandu, requesting the criminal prosecution of all those who negotiated and organized the signing of the Loan Agreement with the Russian Federation.
TRM.MD recalls that the Law on the ratification of the Credit Agreement, amounting to €200 million, was declared unconstitutional on May 7 by the Constitutional Court.
