Restaurants and cafes will resume operations on June 1

Restaurants and cafes are preparing for the reopening on June 1. In this context, strict protection measures have been adopted, reports Moldova 1.

Representatives of the Association of Restaurants and Recreation Facilities have developed a protocol containing strict measures to protect against the spread of the new Coronavirus.

According to the document approved by the National Agency for Public Health, the distance between the tables installed in the recreational premises should be at least 1.5 meters. At the same time, a maximum of eight people will be able to sit at a table. Exceptions to this rule are first and second degree families and relatives.

Employees will be required to wear masks, gloves and have their temperature checked before work begins.

The rooms will be equipped with disinfectant and will be sanitized regularly.

Fast food units will also have to follow special rules. Each control station will be equipped with a plexiglass protection screen, ie glass, polyethylene film or organic glass. At the same time, the customer service points will have to maintain a distance of at least one meter between them.
