Court hearing in Ilan Shor's file, postponed
The court hearing in Ilan Shor's file, scheduled for today at Cahul Court of Appeal, was postponed to July 25, because one of the judges would have been ill, Mesager reports.
The magistrates were to address today the prosecutors' request to issue an arrest warrant for Shor because he did not come at the previous hearing.
Ilan Shor did not come to the hearing on July 16, which is why, the prosecutors demanded issuing an arrest warrant and to declare him internationally wanted.
In June 2017, the court sentenced Ilan Shor to 7.5 years in prison.
