Border situation: No person showed symptoms of COVID-19 infection

In the last 24 hours, at the border crossing points, the flow of people constituted 16,504 crossings. On the direction of entry into the Republic of Moldova, there were 6,522 passenger crossings, of which 3,956 crossings at the Moldovan-Romanian border, 1,471 crossings at the border with Ukraine and 1,095 air crossings.

At the border crossing points open to traffic, 16,504 people were screened and 391 individual epidemiological files were completed. At the state border crossing, no person showed symptoms of Covid-19 infection (fever, rhinorrhea, dry cough).

The officers of the Green Line of the Border Police (022 259 717), during 24 hours, registered 131 calls from citizens, where they were offered consultations regarding the situation at the state border, the crossing conditions and the risks in the context of the measures applied to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
