Ukraine has excluded Moldova from the list of states with increased risk of spreading COVID

The Republic of Moldova is no longer on the list of states at increased risk of spreading coronavirus, updated by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. Thus, Moldovan citizens will not be forced to remain in isolation after entering the neighboring country, informs Radio Moldova.

To get to Ukraine, the citizens of the Republic of Moldova need an insurance policy to cover any expenses for the treatment of COVID-19 infection. The insurance policy must be issued by an insurance company registered in Ukraine or by a foreign company that has a representative office in Ukraine. The period of validity of the insurance policy must be at least equal to the length of stay in Ukraine.

Persons arriving from a red state category or who have been in a red country for the last 14 days and intend to travel to Ukraine will present at the checkpoint the negative result of the Covid-19 test performed on later than 48 hours from the date of crossing the border. In the absence of the mentioned test, these persons will be quarantined for 14 days.
