President Maia Sandu decorates the representatives of the Republic of Moldova at the "Eurovision 2022" contest
The head of state, Maia Sandu, met with the members of the "Zdob and Zdub" Band and with the brothers Vasile and Vitalie Advahov, who represented our country at the "Eurovision 2022" Contest, as well as with the management and creative team that contributed to the performance. on the stage in Turin.
Thus, as a sign of appreciation for artistic talent, originality and prodigious creative activity, Roman Yagupov and the brothers Vasile and Vitalie Advahov were awarded the "Order of Honor", and the president Maia Sandu awarded Honorary Diplomas the team of the "Eurovision-2022" project.
"I, along with millions of people, watched the evolution of our musicians. I appreciated the talent, originality and energy with which they knew how to talk to the whole world about the Republic of Moldova, about our culture and traditions. We thanked them once again for the joy they brought us, seventh place in the competition, and we urge them to remain promoters of the Republic of Moldova - the country of beautiful people ", said Maia Sandu.
According to the head of state, this is needed, especially now that the Republic of Moldova has taken decisive steps on the path of European integration.
