New rocket attacks on the city of Nikolaev

This morning, the Russian army launched new rocket attacks on the city of Nikolaev. The mayor of the region, Alexander Senkevici, did not say if there were any victims, but specified that the emergency teams are on the spot.

"In the morning, the occupiers launched rocket attacks on Nikolaev. Rescuers, doctors, emergency teams and public utilities are already working on the spot," he was quoted as saying by Unian.

There are no reports of damage or casualties. The mayor promised to provide more information later.

According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, in the last 24 hours in the direction of Yuzhnobugsky, the Russian army has focused its main efforts on preventing the advance of units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. It bombed artillery shells with cannon and missiles and also airstriked with two Ka-52 helicopters.

Earlier, Ukrainian officials said that in the Nikolaev region, the Ukrainian Armed Forces had a tactical advantage, but are also preparing for offensive operations.

A few days ago, in the Nikolaev region, the Ukrainian army destroyed one of the most expensive Russian drones "Forpost".
