Soloist of the band "Laskovii Mai", Yuri Shatunov, passed away
The soloist in the band "Laskovii Mai" died on the way to the hospital. He was only 48 years old. The singer had had heart problems for a long time. The artist suffered a massive heart attack, Moldova 1 TV reports.
Shatunov underwent surgery a few years ago, and later had to undergo a rehabilitation course abroad. On the night of June 23, 2022, Satunov was with his manager at a boarding house near Moscow and discussing plans for joint trips.
He felt a sharp pain in his chest, and the doctors on the ambulance decided to take him to intensive care, but at 00:20 his heart stopped. From 1986 to 1991, Shatunov was the lead singer of the group "Laskovii Mai", which became famous for the hits "Sedaia Noci" and "Belîie rozî".
