Serious accident on the Chisinau-Balti route: A man died
A 30-year-old man died as a result of a serious accident on the Chisinau-Balti route, near Codreanca. The tragedy happened on Friday morning, around 6:00.
According to the police, it was preliminary established that the man, driving a "Dacia" car on the way to Chisinau, allegedly fell asleep while he was driving and collided sideways with a "Mercedes" truck, driven by a 61-year-old man that was moving in the opposite direction.
As a result of the impact, both transport units overturned off the road and the driver of the car died on the spot.
In this case, a criminal case was initiated to establish all the circumstances.Latest News
