OSCE Special Representative Franco Frattini visits Chisinau and Tiraspol
OSCE Special Representative for Transnistrian settlement process Franco Frattini visits Chisinau and Tiraspol on 10-11 May for talks with Moldovan officials and political leadership in Tiraspol.
As the special representative of the Slovak OSCE Chairmanship in 2019, Frattini will focus on a visit on how to advance the Transnistrian settlement process within the parameters approved by all 57 states participating in the OSCE Ministerial Council in Milan, in December 2018.
In Chisinau, media representatives are invited to a press briefing with the special representative Franco Frattini and the chief negotiator from the Republic of Moldova, Cristina Lesnic, on May 11, 9:15 am, at the House of Government. On the same day, in Bender, a briefing with special representative Franco Frattini and the Transnistrian leader Vadim Krasnoselsky will take place at 13:15 in Bender Fortress.
