Constantin Oboroc fails to collect the required number of signatures

The independent candidate for president of the Republic of Moldova, Constantin Oboroc, failed to collect the necessary number of signatures to submit the file to the Central Electoral Commission (CEC). This was announced by Constantin Oboroc in a press conference, informs Radio Moldova.

"We will present ourselves at the CEC and we will submit the subscription lists that we initially received. Unfortunately, we did not manage to gather the necessary number of signatures in order to be registered as a candidate in the presidential elections ", said Oboroc.

Constantin Oboroc claims that the time for collecting signatures was too short for his team and thanked all those who were involved in this action.

We remind that the politician Constantin Oboroc was an adviser to the first President of the Republic of Moldova, Mircea Snegur (1992 - 1996).
