France, affected by heavy floods
Southwestern France has been affected by heavy flooding for several days. At least three people have died, reports Moldova 1 TV.
Seven departments are on alert due to rising water quotas. In some places, the water has measured almost 5 and a half meters.
The people were evacuated by the intervention teams, who could only reach them by boat.
Due to the floods, the authorities asked the locals to stay home. Thousands of households were disconnected from power.
Moreover, French meteorologists warn of "strong" avalanche in the Alps.
