"Closer to the EU", a new TV project on Moldova 1

Public Broadcaster Moldova 1 in collaboration with the Independent Press Association launches, starting with Wednesday, November 25, a project of TV programs on the process of mobilization and involvement of citizens in the modernization of public services in Moldova. In the show we will present examples of settlement where citizens enjoy better living conditions. Keep an eye on Moldova 1, Wednesday, November 25, starting with 21:20!

Find out in the show "Closer to the EU" about the need for cooperation and participation of citizens with local public authorities and NGOs in order to access funds, either national or from the EU. You will know how the infrastructure in a locality can be improved and developed, so that the citizens have better conditions, closer to the standards of European countries.

We aim to talk about the localities where successful projects have been implemented and to show how the lives of the people there have changed. In addition, we want to raise public awareness and to motivate them to get involved in the process of improving local services.

The shows will be broadcast twice a month, every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. The editor-coordinator and producer of the show is Irina Crăciun, and the moderator is Liviu Moraru.

The first edition of the show "Closer to the EU" can be watched on Wednesday, November 25, on Moldova 1 or online on trm.md, starting with 21:20.
