Authentic values of the sound art promoted on Radio Moldova for 11 years

Radio Moldova Music (RMM) turned eleven years of activity this year. Thousands of recordings have been stored in the Radio Moldova Music Archive over the years.

Listeners can discover 24 of 24 hours of authentic values : vocal- instrumental, academic and contemporary music, mainly vocal jazz, classical and instrumental music.

"For 11 years Radio Moldova Music brings harmony in mind and soul. It connects all the wonderful things in life, renders the joy of beauty through the experience of art, and expresses constant passion of jazz & classic, folk, rock, R & B, reggae, latino, house, hip- hop, chillout, ambiental, country, beat, pop with all stylistic and gender derivatives", says Ion Chiorpec, director of Radio Moldova Music.

In the interview with the director of the Radio Moldova Music, Ion Chiorpec, you will find out about new projects.

Every year Radio Moldova Music is developing and offers to consumers a wide range of songs by preferences, trends and traditions. What new shows are on ?

We have four new shows, one of them is "Apreggiando" featuring creations of the Moldovan composers. "In Aeternum" covers creations for the organ. " Regina Instrumentelor"- musical show consisting of instrumental and vocal creations. "Eurovision Song Contest" is a play list of songs selected from all editions of the International Eurovision Contest. "Tezaur Componistic " is a program selected from the Radio Moldova archive, carried out many years ago by Mariana Ciumaov. This is about capitalizing our fund which is a task of the RMM staff.

Today people can choose their radio station from a wide variety. How do you manage a channel on internet and how do you gain more audience?

To figure out how we succeed you should know that we have a very intelligent and rich grid, that is being improved every year by the constant work of the colleagues from the Music Channel by taking into account the listeners' preferences. The young generation and the diaspora, music fans are mostly listening to us on Internet.

We are sure you have a congratulatory message for both listeners and colleagues. What do you wish them on the occasion of the RMM anniversary?

I wish my colleagues to be healthy and wealthy and to use every opportunity to capitalize on their artistic and creative potential. May all your dreams come true!
