Flights to and from the UK set to resume today

Flights with the United Kingdom have resumed today. According to the Decision of the National Extraordinary Public Health Commission of January 6, the Civil Aviation Authority is responsible for the resumption of all scheduled passenger flights and scheduled passenger charters with the United Kingdom, starting with 00:00.

The authorities also decided to allow the access of foreigners who are summoned by the courts / law enforcement bodies of the Republic of Moldova, as well as their legal representatives, proven by confirmatory documents in this regard. Likewise, the access of foreigners traveling in order to complete the documents issued by public institutions in the Republic of Moldova is allowed, proven by confirmatory documents in this regard (appointments, invitations, etc.) ”.

Furthermore, persons coming to the Republic of Moldova, directly or in transit, from countries classified as red zone will be required to complete the epidemiological file, as well as to sign the declaration on their own responsibility to comply with the 14-day self-isolation regime, in determined places. In the case of minors aged up to 14, the epidemiological file and the declaration on their own responsibility are completed and signed by the legal representative or companion.
