More than 7,400 victims of political repression received material aid
An annual material aid of 1,000 lei was transferred to a number of 7,411 rehabilitated victims of political repression. Also, monthly, 7,287 people currently benefit from the right to a state allowance in the amount of 500 lei, reports Moldova 1.
These are the data presented today by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection, who states that, according to the legislation, people with disabilities and pensioners who have been repressed and subsequently rehabilitated, benefit from a number of other facilities, such as insurance with specific drugs, provided in the national programs, the free manufacture of dental prostheses, sanatorium rehabilitation with a reduction of 50% of the ticket cost or the issuance of a free ticket every three years, but also of priority upon receipt in asylums.
