Strict rules for Moldovans who come home for Easter

Strict rules for Moldovans who will come home for the Easter holidays. In the context of the coronavirus pandemic, the Border Police has created a social spot that informs travelers about the rules for crossing the state border and the obligations they have, once they reach the border crossing points, reports Moldova 1.

During the state of emergency, at the border crossing points of the state, the citizens returning home must present information about the countries visited in the last 14 days, contacts made with persons infected with COVID-19.

At the customs, people will have to present a set of documents that includes a valid travel document, additional documents confirming Moldovan citizenship, but also the right to stay in the territory of the Republic of Moldova, to complete the epidemiological record, to sign the declaration on their own responsibility regarding compliance with the self-isolation regime for 14 days.

At the same time, those who come home must sign the declaration on their own responsibility regarding the payment obligation within 72 hours of the health insurance policy.
