Maia Sandu has enacted the fiscal-fiscal policy for 2022

The budget-fiscal policy for 2022, which contains an amendment regarding the increase of the salaries of the employees and judges of the Constitutional Court and which provoked heated discussions in the public space, was promulgated by Maia Sandu. The head of state confirmed this, noting that it is not the case that from a complex document such as the budgetary-fiscal policy, "we should take out a narrow subject," reports Moldova 1.

"I believe that the staff of the Constitutional Court and the judges must have a good enough salary so that the decisions they prepare and adopt are quality decisions because these decisions affect all citizens or the quality of life, the quality of democracy in the Republic of Moldova," said Maia Sandu.

At the same time, the president claims that she will contest the decision approved by the Chisinau Court, Riscani headquarters, by which magistrate Vladislav Clima was put back in office as president of the Chisinau Court of Appeal.

"We are challenging this decision in the higher court. Even today or tomorrow, we will file appeals," said the head of state.

According to Maia Sandu, several large-scale projects will be started this year. These include justice reform and the fight against corruption, as well as the implementation of several projects to stimulate economic growth.
