Brazil started the World Cup with a victory

"Selecao", one of the main favourites to win the trophy this year, won the first match, the one against the Serbian national team, by a score 2-0. The match took place at the Lusail Iconic Stadium in Lusail.

After a first half in which they studied their opponent, the South American team increased the revs in the second half of the match. Richarlison scored both goals. The Tottenham Hotspur striker scored in the 62nd and 73rd minutes.

In the second stage, in group G, Brazil will meet Switzerland, and Serbia will face Cameroon, games that will be broadcast live and exclusively by the public television channel Moldova 1 on November 28.
