Meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Republic of Moldova and the Republic of Poland is held today
The European integration process of the Republic of Moldova after obtaining the status of a candidate country for accession to the European Union (EU) and the assistance from the Republic of Poland will be discussed during the 8th Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Republic of Moldova and the Republic of Poland which will take place today in Chisinau, reports Radio Moldova.
The deputies from the two states will discuss security issues, especially the energy security of the Republic of Moldova and the Republic of Poland in the context of the Russian Federation's military aggression against Ukraine.
At the end of the meeting, the Joint Declaration of the Parliamentary Assembly will be signed, and afterwards, the co-presidents Mihai Popşoi and Ryszard Terlecki will hold a press conference.
We remind you that the 7th session of the Assembly took place between December 5-8, 2021, in Warsaw. The Parliamentary Assembly of the Republic of Moldova and the Republic of Poland was established in July 2011.
