Maia Sandu has been included in the ranking of the most influential people in Europe
The head of state, Maia Sandu, was included in the ranking of the most influential people in Europe. The top was made by the online publication politico.eu and is divided into three categories, reports Moldova 1.
Thus, Maia Sandu is ranked 6th in the category of "idealists", a top dominated by the mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo and the president of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen. Sandu is described as "the most sincere reformist politician in the country" since Moldova split from the Soviet Union.
Also in this ranking, there is the Chief Prosecutor of the European Union, Laura Codruţa Kovesi, the new German Chancellor, Olaf Scholz, but also the President of France, Emmanuel Macron.
