MP vacates seat

Parliament approved today in the plenary session, the vacant seat of MP.

It is the vacant seat of MP of the Electoral Bloc "ACUM Platform DA and PAS". The vacancy of the mandate was announced vacant following the death of the MP Sergiu Cataranciuc.

Under art. 67 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, the capacity of deputy ceases on the date of the legal meeting of the newly elected Parliament, in case of resignation, termination of office, incompatibility or death.
