Bomb alert: Chisinau International Airport activity disrupted again
A new bomb alert at Chisinau International Airport. The information was confirmed for TRM.MD by the press officer of the Chisinau Police Department, Svetlana Scripnic.
Airport staff, as well as passengers, were evacuated urgently. The specialised services moved to the spot, and the area was isolated.
TRM.MD recalls that the false bomb alerts, announced in recent weeks both in Chisinau and throughout the territory of the Republic of Moldova, would be organized by a group of people who would like to create unrest in society, according to the Prosecutor's Office for Combating Organized Crime and Special Cases (PCCOCS).
