Digitization of the system, a priority of the National Health Strategy
Strengthening the health system, better financing and digitizing it are among the priorities, which are found in the National Health Strategy for 2022-2023. This was announced in the show "Public Space", on Radio Moldova, by the Secretary of State at the Ministry of Health, Zinaida Bezverhni.
"We aim to develop evidence-based policies, with a holistic, cross-sectoral approach, in which all actors participate and are accountable. Several specific objectives have been proposed for the distribution, accountability, creation of these records in healthcare. Decisions should be guided only by professionalism and best practices in the field ", said Zinaida Bezverhni.
In the new strategy, priority will be given to both the patient and the healthcare professional. The health authorities provide for the improvement of the working conditions offered to the employees of the medical system, but also the financing per patient, added Zinaida Bezverhni.
"The biggest challenges are the medical workers. Without strengthening this component of human resources, in the necessary amount with good working conditions, we will not be able to create a quality medical system ", said Zinaida Bezverhni.
