COVID-19 in Moldova: Another 956 new cases were registered
Another 956 new cases of COVID-19 infection were confirmed today in the Republic of Moldova. Out of the total number of cases, 9 cases are associated with contact abroad: 3-Romania, 3-Russia, 1-France, 1-Belgium, 1-Iran. The total number of tests performed - 6,470, of which 4,566 rapid tests.
The balance of COVID-19 cases in our country reached 353,778. Of the total number of cases, 21 are among the medical workers: (6-doctors, 6-nurses, 9-auxiliary staff).
In total, 2,456 people confirmed with COVID-19 infection are hospitalized in medical institutions, of whom 299 are in extremely serious condition and 35 patients are subjected to mechanical ventilation.
Another 913 people were healed. In total, 333,622 people were treated by COVID-19.
In home treatment with mild and moderate forms of COVID-19, there are 7,328 people, and 11,649 are under home supervision.
At the same time, another 54 deaths caused by COVID-19 were reported. So far, 8,549 people have died in Moldova of this disease.
