Rules for entering the Republic of Moldova (VIDEO)

The Border Police announces the rules for entering the Republic of Moldova in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. In a post, the institution mentions that, regardless of the country where people come from, the same anti-pandemic requirements apply.

According to the quoted source, entry into the country is allowed without restrictions and travelers are not placed in self-isolation under one of the following conditions:

• Presentation of the vaccination certificate against SARS-CoV-2 virus with complete vaccination schedule;

• Presentation of the negative result of an RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 virus infection not older than 72 hours or rapid antigen not older than 48 hours;

• Presentation of the confirmatory medical conclusion in the case of persons who underwent COVID-19 in the period between the 15th and 180th day (six months) or of a confirmatory act of presence of anti-COVID-19 antibodies.

The Border Police urges citizens who want to return to the country to get informed only from official sources about the rules of crossing the state border.
