President Maia Sandu submitted her wealth declaration for 2021. According to the report, the head of state raised a total of 226,877 lei from the Presidency, which equals a monthly salary of 18,900 lei.
In her wealth statement, Maia Sandu mentioned that she owns the same 74.5-square-meter apartment purchased in 2003. Here, too, the country's president also indicated the Toyota Rav 4 car, manufactured in 2007 and purchased in 2012 for 170,000 lei.
