December 30 – deadline for budget receipts and payments
The deadline for budget receipts and payments is December 30, the State Fiscal Service announces. On the last working day of the budget year, only internal operations and the end of the budget year are carried out.
Thus, in order to avoid unpredictable situations, the tax authority recommends making payments to the National Public Budget in 2021 until December 30, 2021.
According to the legislation in force, the person liable for tax violation can benefit from a 50% reduction of the fines applied if he pays within 3 working days from the date of handing over the decision on the case of tax violation.
In case of application of the contravention sanction, the offender pays half of the fine applied within a maximum of 3 working days.
At the same time, depending on the case, in order to benefit from the 50% reduction of the fines applied on December 31, 2021, their payment can be made in the next 3 working days.
