Republic of Moldova, decided to apply to the Court of Arbitration against "Gazprom"

The Republic of Moldova could turn to the Court of Arbitration against "Gazprom" due to the reduction of the quantity of gas delivered to our country, in contradiction with the provisions of the current contract. The statement was made during a show on "Jurnal TV" by the Parliament Speaker, Igor Grosu.

"They reduced by 30%, unjustified, violating the contract, it's a violation and they know about it and we have to say about it. Of course, it's long-term, we will have to prepare, gather the arguments and go to court", declared Igor Grosu.

We remind you that starting October 1st, Gazprom reduced natural gas supplies to the Republic of Moldova by 30%. Moreover, until September 30, our country had not received any confirmation regarding the gas deliveries.
