Voted: The judges of the Constitutional Court will raise salaries of about 60 thousand lei
The salaries of the judges of the Constitutional Court will increase from January 2021, by 34 percent and will amount to almost 60 thousand lei. The parliamentary majority voted for the revised bill, which excluded the amendment that allowed doubling the salaries of members of the High Court, up to 82 thousand lei, notes Mesager.
There were tough debates on the document between the majority and the opposition.
The deputies voted an amendment in this respect to the budgetary-fiscal policy for 2022, which initially proposed an increase from 44 thousand lei to almost 82 thousand lei.
