The CC reports that it has received the report on the results of the early parliamentary elections

The Constitutional Court informs that it has received from the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) the report on the results of the early elections of July 11, 2021.

According to a communiqué issued by the High Court, the CEC also sent the decision on the totalization of the results of the early parliamentary elections of July 11, 2021, the minutes on the totalization of the election results, prepared by the electoral bodies, as well as other electoral documents in the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova and the confirmation of the lists of candidates declared substitutes, in order to confirm the results of the early parliamentary elections.

Details of the Court's hearing on the confirmation of the results of the early parliamentary elections will be published on its website, www.constcourt.md.
