The Constitutional Court is examining today the referral regarding the confirmation of the early parliamentary elections
The Constitutional Court meets today, July 23, to examine the referral regarding the confirmation of the early parliamentary elections and the validation of the mandates of the elected deputies.
Following the ruling, the President of the Court, Domnica Manole, will hold a briefing.
According to the law, the High Court has five days to validate the results of the early parliamentary elections of July 11, after receiving the report of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC), presented on July 19, reports Moldova 1.
The CEC confirmed the results of the early parliamentary elections on July 11, stating that the turnout was 52.30%. In the new Parliament, three political parties have access, being PAS, BECS and Şor Party.
