The minutes of the totalization of the election results were sent to the High Court
The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) sent today to the Constitutional Court (CC) the minutes on the totalization of the results of the early parliamentary elections of July 11, 2021, the report on the election results, the lists of elected deputies and alternate candidates.
Within 5 days, but not earlier than the final settlement by the courts of the appeals filed according to the procedures established by the legislation, the Constitutional Court confirms or refutes the legality of the elections through an opinion.
At the same time, the Court validates, by a decision, the mandates of the elected deputies and confirms the lists of alternate candidates.
