Who are the singers who will compete for Eurovision Moldova 2022
As many as 28 singers are fighting for a ticket to Turin, Italy, where the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 (ESC) is set to take place. Out of the 51 files submitted, only 29 songs were selected. A singer entered the race with two songs. For the first time, only artists from Moldova were able to participate in the Eurovision national preselection.

According to Moldova 1 TV, this year the participants include the band "Zdob and Zdob" together with the Advahov Brothers. Zdubii first represented our country at ESC in 2005, finishing sixth.
Among the most famous singers are Dianna Rotaru, Katy Rain, the band "Lanjeron", Valeria Barbas, Maxim Zavidis, Mihaela Andrei, Denis Midone and Ana Cernicova. Sasha Bognibov is one of the participants who was entered in the two-songs list.
According to the member of the Organizing Committee, Vitalie Cojocaru, the live hearing of the competitors will take place on January 29.
The Republic of Moldova has been participating in ESC since 2005. The best result, the third place, was obtained by our country in 2017, when it was represented by the band "SunStroke Project".
The 66th edition of Eurovision will take place between May 10-14, 2022, in Turin, Italy, reports TRM.MD.
