As a trainer, Andrei Jovmir has conducted the training course for radio programmers with the theme Radio broadcast monitoring. Practices. Experiences. Conclusions. The training was conducted in 3 stages, for 3 groups of employes in the departments: news and debates, Radio Moldova Youth, Radio Moldova Service News, Culture and Radio Programs Moldova News, Debates, Documentation, Co production and Investigations of TRM which took place between May 22nd and October 31st.

„As a trainer, Dorina Iurcu conducted the training course Live Reporting. A credible and informed reporter, intended for TV, online, radio journalists, with average writing and news experience. Participants were trained of the features of live broadcast, the risks of a LIVE intervention, physical appearance and equipment. Jounalists have learned their field-based skills ans getting information from sources and entourange. During the course the participants exercised the content of the story.

Within the In-service Training Center, Ina Dron conducted the training course Interacting the 4 types of Personality. The essence of the compromisem intended for colleagues and heads of divisions. The trainees were informed about the manifestation of the four types of personality within a social group, in various cases and circumstances; about the art of compromise, the differences between compromise and indulgence, and the limit of compromise, about team managment and assessment of an individuals behavior in a team environment.

As a trainer at the Lifelong Learning Center, Ludmila Barba organized the course European Institutions and Information Sources for the Media. Guide to Theoretical and Practical Guidance, which had targeted directors, editors and presenters from radio and TV. During the course, the trainer used various methods of teaching and evaluating the participants, including: lectures, video and audio presentations, group and individual work. The course aimed to familiarize participants with the EU's history, to know its laws and operational mechanisms, to analyze EU relations, agreements and partnerships. Participants in this course say that information is useful if the world is inevitably a permanent metamorphosis, and media employees first need to be aware of these changes so that the information they provide to the public is true and up-to-date.
Ludmila Alexei

As a trainer of the TRM’s Continuous Training Center, Ludmila Alexei conducts the training "Radio Reporting - source of information and documentation" for journalists. The information presented during the training focuses on the particularities of live stories and recordings of relevant events to the public. The design of the report, the stages of preparation, the sources of information and the failed report will be discussed during the training. The trainer offers guidance and recommendations to the participants in order to carry out successful reports and to increase their credibility.
Svetlana Sîrbu

As a trainer of the TRM’s Continuous Training Center, Svetlana Sîrbu organises the training "Scenario and live presentation of the socio-cultural and special programs", which is intended for journalists, radio editors and beginners with average experience. The training will address the following aspects: drafting of a spreadsheet, writing the plan, style of presentation and communication with the guests of the show and with the listeners. The discussion targets the process of drafting the concept and scenario of a show, moderator’s mission and ways to overcome unexpected situations in broadcasting.
