Watch on Thursday, December 24, live on Moldova 1 TV, or online on www.trm.md the inauguration ceremony of Maia Sandu in the position of President of the Republic of Moldova. The ceremony will take place at the Republican Palace in Chisinau, starting at 11:00.

The investiture ceremony will begin at 11:00 with the joint solemn sitting of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova and the Constitutional Court. At the same time, Maia Sandu will take the constitutional oath.

According to a decision issued by the Extraordinary National Commission on Public Health, the inauguration ceremony of the President-elect of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, is to be held in compliance with all measures to prevent and control COVID-19 infection. The ceremony will last a maximum of two hours, and the number of participants will be a maximum of 250 people.

We remind you that Maia Sandu, the candidate of the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS), won the second round of the presidential elections in Moldova. CEC declared 1,633,621 votes out of a total of 1.65 million cast.
