Venice Commission will announce earlier its decision on the political situation in Moldova
"The Venice Commission will announce its decision on the political situation in the Republic of Moldova sooner. The institution's website mentions that the decision, which was scheduled to be announced on June 21, will be made public on June 20, Mesager reports.
We remind you that Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjørn Jagland has requested the Venice Commission's opinion on the latest decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova, including on the conditions for the dissolution of the Parliament.
The same request was made by the PACE co-rapporteurs for the Republic of Moldova.
