The Constitutional Court validated the mandates of five PAS deputies
The Constitutional Court validated the mandates of five deputies of the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS).
These are Ana Calinici, Evghenia Cojocari, Boris Popa, Ana Oglinda and Dorel Iurcu.
The newly elected will take over the mandates of Natalia Gavriliţa, Andrei Spînu, Sergiu Litvinenco, Dumitru Budianschi and Rosian Vasiloi, Moldova 1 reports.
Natalia Gavriliţa received a vote of confidence from the Parliament and became prime minister, and Andrei Spînu, Sergiu Litvinenco and Dumitru Budianschi resigned as deputies in favor of positions held in the Gavriliţa Government. Andrei Spinu is Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development. Sergiu Litvinenco has been appointed Minister of Justice, and Dumitru Budianschi is the Minister of Finance. Rosian Vasiloi submitted his resignation after being appointed head of the Border Police.
