Maia Sandu says that the pro-Russian parties in the Republic of Moldova aim to destabilize the situation in the country

The secret services of the Russian Federation and the pro-Russian parties in the Republic of Moldova aim to destabilize the situation in our country. These groups use the dissatisfaction of the people in their favor, especially now when the prices of bills have increased also because of the crisis caused by Russia. The statement was made by the president Maia Sandu in an interview for Digi24, reports Radio Moldova.

According to her, the destabilization of the situation in the country is done through politicians and parties led by the Russian Federation.

"These corrupt clans use citizens' discontent to provoke these destabilizing actions. We understand what their objective is, for us it is important to succeed in our efforts to reform justice, efforts to strengthen the independence of the institutions to fight corruption because corruption was a big problem for the Republic of Moldova and because of this corruption we are today in this difficult energy situation", declared Maia Sandu.

The president of the Republic of Moldova also says that the citizens have the right to protest peacefully, but not to protest in exchange for the money stolen by the fugitive oligarchs. We remind that during 7 Sundays, the ŞOR political party organized protests against the government in the center of Chisinau.
