Liberal Democratic Party in Moldova joins the block "ACUM" in the parliamentary elections
The Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova (PLDM) will join the block “ACUM” in the parliamentary elections on 24 February. The decision was taken today at the meeting of the National Political Council of PLDM, Mesager reports.
The electoral block “ACUM” includes the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS) and the Political Dignity and Truth Platform Party (PPDA).
In a post on a social network, PAS said he welcomed today’s decision of the PLDM Council.
"Together, we will raise revenues and will reduce corruption. If the opposition in Moldova is united, we have bigger chances to demolish this dictatorship for good”, reads the message.
A month ago, PAS decided to join the electoral bloc with PPDA in the 2019 parliamentary elections.
