Vladimir Bolea is the new Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry

Vladimir Bolea is the new Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry. Bolea was sworn in this morning before the President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, during the inauguration ceremony held at the Presidency.

Vladimir Bolea: "I swear to give all my strength and skill to the Republic of Moldova, to respect the Constitution and the laws of the country, to defend democracy, fundamental human rights and freedoms, sovereignty, independence, unity and territorial integrity of the Republic of Moldova."

The new minister was congratulated by Maia Sandu on the occasion of her inauguration: “Our task is to create conditions to have a resilient and competitive agricultural sector. It is not easy, especially considering the challenges of today, but I am sure that you and the team will succeed ", said the president of the country, wishing success to the new minister.

"For many, this appointment is not a surprise, if we analyze the decisions in the field of agriculture that have been taken in the last 11 months, most of them came as legislative initiatives, started by the Parliamentary Commission and by you personally. I am confident that this transition will be a natural, easy and auspicious one for the development of the agriculture and food industry. I wish you much success and I can't wait to work together ", said the Prime Minister Natalia Gavriliţa.
