MAEIE: The second Moldovan also died, injured as a result of the bombing in the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation
The second Moldovan who was seriously injured, the other day, following an explosion at the Troebortnoe border crossing point in Bryansk, Russia, has died. The information was confirmed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration.
According to the MAEIE, the embassy of the Republic of Moldova in the Russian Federation remains in permanent contact with the competent authorities, but also with the relatives of the victims, in order to provide specialized consular and informational assistance.
TRM.MD recalls that two Moldovan citizens suffered as a result of an explosion at the Troebortnoe border crossing point in the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation, on July 26. Both Moldovan citizens were truck drivers. One of them died on the spot, the second was hospitalised in the intensive care unit of the central regional hospital in Sevsk, Bryansk region.
According to the Russian media, it is written that it was an attack launched by a drone from Ukraine. The information was not confirmed by the authorities in Kyiv.
