Superior Council of Magistracy appoints 3 judges

Three judges were selected by the Superior Council of Magistracy for the seat of heads of district courts. In today's meeting, the SCM members decided who will run the court in Comrat, Soroca and Cimişlia. The candidate for the position of president of the Cahul Court was rejected.

Under the decision taken today by the members of the SCM, the magistrate Igor Botezatu will be proposed to run the Comrat Court, Vadim Belous-  the Soroca Court and  Sofia Arama will be proposed to  be head of Cimislia Court. Also, the members of the SCM rejected the candidacy of the magistrate Mihai Buşuleac for the position of president of the Cahul Court.

The candidates selected by the SCM will be proposed to the president of Moldova for appointment.
